Executive Summary
Premier Security Solutions was founded by Larry Pott and Paul Frankos in 1998. Both had extensive security industry resumes and were disillusioned by the constant mergers and acquisitions associated with the larger security chains during this period.
They were tired of continuing to build winning teams, companies and satisfied customers only to see them broken-up via large unsuccessful acquisitions. So Premier Security Solutions was the answer - a "throwback".
Both Paul and Larry knew that an old-fashioned security provider concentrating on supplying superior service to both customers and employees alike was possible. A company just small enough to care and just large enough to get the job done. All employees must be talented and empowered to take care of the customer.

Larry Pott started in the Security Industry in 1987. He was a security consultant, sales and general manager for various companies over the next 11 years. He consistently built and managed alarm companies that were known for their service and dedication to excellence (Wells Fargo Alarm Services, National Guardian, Holmes Protection, SecurityLink from Ameritech). His team-building and leadership skills were honed on the baseball fields at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and for the San Diego Padres and Texas Rangers organizations. He played professionally as a catcher and infielder from 1982 thru 1985.
Mr. Pott believes that by applying a consistent and dedicated effort to serving our customers we will satisfy our shareholders and employees via positive results.

Paul Frankos started in the security industry in 1985. His first position was as a central station dispatch operator, he then migrated into various positions including business management, sales and consulting over the next 12 years with National Guardian, Security Link (a division of SBC), Holmes Protection and ADT (a Tyco Corporation).
His client responsibilities included strategic design, planning and implementation of electronic security solutions for major clients such as: Macy's Department Stores, Brink's Armored Transit, San Francisco Giants, Amtrak and Ikea USA.
Mr. Frankos' belief is that excellence must apply personally to each Premier Security Solutions employee. In order to insure that we remain on the cutting edge of technology and techniques, a strong emphasis will always be placed upon innovation.
